We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to nerByte’s games, apps, websites and related services (together the “Services” or “games”, “apps”, “websites” for individual categories). This Privacy Policy explains how we, and affiliated companies (collectively, "nerByte" or "we", "us", "our") collect, use, secure, and/or disclose end-users’ (“you” or “your”) or otherwise processes your personal information when you use our Services.

 

If you download/play our games you agree to let nerByte collect, use and disclose information about you in accordance with the purposes listed below. We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time, so be sure to check it periodically.

Kids: Remember to be smart and safe online! Never give someone your information without first asking your parent/guardian if it is OK. Don't give anyone your photo, or tell anyone your name, email, home address, telephone, your school or any other information about you that they could use to contact you either online or in the real world.

Parents: We are committed to the safety and privacy of the children who use our games. We encourage parents/guardians to actively monitor their children's online activities.

nerByte GmbH built the App as Ad Supported apps. The apps are provided by nerByte GmbH at no cost and are intended for use as is. If you choose to use our apps, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the apps. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide to Us

The App does not allow you to submit any information directly to us. If you submit any information to nerByte through our website or other sites or services, please refer to the following information about how we collect, use and disclose such information:

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you participate in a

  • request customer support, and/or

  • send us an e-mail or otherwise interact with us.

At www.nerByte.com we log information about your use of the website, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed at our website and the page you visited before navigating to www.nerByte.com. We immediately delete customer support requests (message and e-mail address) from our mail servers after we solved/answerd the customer request.

We may also collect information from app stores when you download or update one of our applications.

If you log into the App using a third-party site or platform, you represent and warrant that your access and use of such features in connection with the App will comply with the applicable terms and policies of such site or platform.

Childrens' Privacy

If you permit your child to use one of our Services that is not labelled a Child Safe App, you should disable in-app purchases on your phone and actively monitor your child's use. You should also familiarise yourself with this privacy policy, as by permitting your child to use our Services you consent to this privacy policy on their behalf. If you don't agree, please do not permit your child to use our Services.

We do not knowingly contact or collect information from children under 13 without the permission of their parent/guardians. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental/guardian consent or delete the information.

Third Party Services

When you use our Services, you might also use third party services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Play Services and Game Center. We do not control how they interact with you and you should ensure that you consent to the terms of use and privacy policies offered by the third party services before providing them with your information. You acknowledge that we are not liable when third party services use information you provide to them.

We encourage you to be careful about the protection of your own personal information when using third party services such as social media platforms.

We also work with certain business partners, such as other game developers and advertising partners, and information collected from you may be shared through these partnerships.

Analytic Data from Firebase or Google Analytics that been stored will only use data for the minimum of time.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Advertising ID. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

In-app Purchase

​

Some of our games offer in-app purchases. Examples of in-app purchases are items you can purchase (for real or in-game currency) or other additional features. If you don't want to make in-app purchases, don't use these paid-for options and consider disabling in-app purchases on your device.

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  • With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf

The App may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook "Like" button), which let you share actions you take in the App with other media, and vice versa. You must be at least 13 years of age to use any social sharing features integrated in the App. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may allow third parties to serve contextual advertisements and provide analytics services in connection with the App. These entities may use various identifiers to collect information about your use of the App, including your IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, time zone and usage information. This information may be used by nerByte to determine the popularity of certain content, deliver contextual advertising and content and better understand your activity on the App.

Third-party ad serving and analytics technologies are integrated into the App, so if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access the App.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you no longer want nerByte to use your information, contact us at support@lepsworld2.com. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and your social network ID for the social network from which you access our Services (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail (for example, your Facebook user ID). We will respond to your request within the time period stated by applicable law. If you make such a request, you may no longer be able to play such app or use our Services.

If applicable, you may also make a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you are based. Alternatively you may seek a remedy through local courts if you believe your rights have been breached.

Information We Receive From a Social Network Where You Play Our Apps or From Your Mobile Device

To manage the information nerByte receives about you from a social network, like Facebook, where you play our apps, you will need to follow that social network's instructions in order to update your information and change your privacy settings.

To review and update information associated with your nerByte app profile in certain apps, visit the "privacy policy" button in that app. You also can manage some aspects of information collection and use by visiting the "settings" page of your mobile device and reviewing the permissions of each application or "app".

Once nerByte receives your information from a social network or your mobile device, that information is stored and used by nerByte in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may access and update that information as described below.

Opting Out of Geolocation

​

If you have previously allowed us to access your geolocation data and you no longer wish for us and our service providers to collect and use GPS location information, you may disable the location features on your device. Please see your device manufacturer settings. Please note that if you disable such features, you will not be able to access or receive some or all of the services, content, features, and/or products made available via the Services.

Opting Out of Local Notifications

When you install our apps on your mobile device you can choose to receive local notifications, which are messages an app sends you on your mobile device even when the app is not on. You can turn off notifications by visiting your mobile device's "settings" page.

Opting Out of Third Party Tailored Advertising

We neither have access to, nor does this Privacy Policy govern, the use of cookies or other tracking technologies that may be placed on the device you use to access the Services by non-affiliated third parties. If you are interested in more information about tailored advertising and your choices to prevent third parties from delivering tailored web and mobile web advertising you may visit the following websites:

These opt-out tools are provided by third parties, not nerByte. nerByte does not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.

In addition, if you do not want to receive tailored in-application advertisements from third parties that relate to your interests in apps on your mobile device, you may opt-out by adjusting the ad tracking settings on your device. You can also reset the "Advertising Identifier" (like an IDFA) from your mobile device's settings page, which will prevent continued use of existing behavioral data tied to the previous "Advertising Identifier". In addition, depending on the platform provider (such as Apple or Google), you may be able to download apps, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's "AppChoices" app, that offer to provide you with control regarding the collection and use of cross-app data for tailored advertising. Like the opt-out tools mentioned above for web, these mobile opt-out tools are provided by third parties, not nerByte. nerByte does not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.
